I thought we were a... read more First visit to Blas Restaurant. The hotel itself is particularly impressive. However, staff who were very pleasant, I think need more work. I thought we were a little too long in the bar area after ordering food and drink cocktails, the restaurant was not overly busy. The staff seemed unorganized bar personnel missing(?) and then another customer could not have the gin she wanted, as the bottle on the shelf was empty and had not been replaced. This must be improved for a hotel of this standard. Food, when it came, was beautifully presented.

Every meal had been prepared with great attention to detail, they were aesthetically pleasant with tantalizing aromas. We visited as a couple, celebrate a birthday and recommend a visit to the Blas Restaurant as a rare treat.

The staff at check-in, the bar, and the restaurant were exceptional (a special mention to EDEN). Rooms: They were like a dream! Immaculately clean and very spacious! Food and drinks: While the menu was limited, the chef was incredibly accommodating with our requests. Hotel highlights: Luxury and great value!

Our r... read more We stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful experience. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by friendly and efficient staff. Our room was exceptional, offering a stunning view. The food was absolutely divine; each bite of the evening meal was a culinary delight. I want to give a special mention to Delyth in the bar, Marion in the restaurant, and the attentive waiters who provided fantastic service throughout our stay. I believe the manager, Fiona, is doing an excellent job leading her professional and capable team. This wonderful establishment is conveniently located within walking distance of the coastal paths, the town, and the Cathedral of St David’s. It has definitely become one of our favorite hotel experiences so far. Thank you all so much—we look forward to returning!

The staff, while pleasant, seemed to be lacking in org... read more I recently visited Blas Restaurant for the first time. The hotel is quite impressive, especially the art. The staff, while pleasant, seemed to be lacking in organization. We were left waiting in the bar area for quite some time after placing our food and drink orders, even though the restaurant was not very busy. There seemed to be some disorganization, as the bar staff were missing, and another customer was unable to get the gin they wanted because the bottle was empty and had not been replaced. This is something that needs to be addressed for a hotel of this caliber. When the food finally arrived, it was nicely presented.
