What Erick Arroyo doesn't like about Taste Of Himalayas:
The food was decent and the butter chicken lacked some flavor. Had some really good butter chicken before at another establishment. This one tasted reheated or maybe even refrigerated and remade due to the texture of the chicken. Chicken was blocky and rigid typically what you are not looking for in a dish like this. The cuisine was disappointing. The chicken tikka was tough, rubbery, and overcooked.
My wife and I just dined here for the first time, and I can confidently say we will be coming back frequently. The food was incredibly delicious and bursting with flavor—definitely some of the best we've had in a while. We can't wait for our next visit!
I ordered the butter chicken and it is out of this world!
Amazing food. A lot of vegetarian options. The Naan is so good too! Would definitely recommend.
Edit: We continue to really enjoy the food here. It is nice that we can adjust the spice order on the dishes so mom can enjoy it also. In all the years we have been going here we only had one small mishap. And, that was a little mis communication. If we had ordered by the number on the menu, it would not have happened. They proudly took care of it. And, we are happy as ever! Thank you and see you again soon. The food here is REALLY GOOD. Most dishes they ask if you want mild or spicy. The naan is nice and lite and cook just how you like! Thank you. Just wish they could bring back their buffet.
