Cooper's Hawk Winery Restaurants

As a wine club member, I absolutely enjoy visiting the Cooper's Hawk location in St. Charles for tastings and dinner! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine selections. I especially want to highlight Niki, who recently served me—she is truly a breath of fresh air. She was attentive to all our dining needs, offered excellent food recommendations, and helped us choose the perfect wine to complement our meal. I will definitely return and request to be seated in her section; she is simply fabulous! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking out this location.

I went to celebrate with my four adult children and one five-year-old. The food was fabulous, but we had to wait a long time for dessert. We asked if we could take the dessert home for the couple with the child, and they were so apologetic about the wait that they comped the dessert for us. That was incredibly generous! The place was packed tonight, and although I had never been to this Cooper's before, it will now be the only location we choose to visit!

Every time I visit, the food is fantastic! The Crispy Brussel Sprouts are a must-try. I absolutely love the Dana Chicken. Make sure to substitute the potatoes for the Betty potatoes— they're so delicious you'll want to savor every last bit. The potstickers are also very good, and the salmon is excellent as well!

Im giving it only 2 stars because they do not listen. I come here pretty often for pick up. Everytime Ive ordered their chocolate cake I specifically request no cream and they still put it on. Tonight I tried re-wording it to PLAIN no cream! But I still get it. I 'm beginning to think this is being done on purpose meaning they dont care and it 's not funny at all.

Terrible experience. We found many hairs in our Flatbread. When we told the waiter he said he would get the manager. Manager came and said he would comp a glass of wine. My wife lost her appetite and couldn't eat. I had many pleasant experiences prior to this. Service and food was terrible today. Hopefully things will get better.
