Wendy's - St. Catharines

I just went to the Wendy's and if you have any allergies dont come here. As soon as I asked about my garlic allergy I was told they do not know what is in their ingredients and then when I asked if they could ask the cook they proceeded to tell me that they would not because what if I sued them and they did not want to take that risk. The woman that told me these things was very snotty and this Wendy's has permanently lost my business. I have went to many restraunts who have accommated me to tell me their ingredients and provide me with garlic free options but this place was absolutely rediculous. I went to McDonalds after with a totally different attitude they went out of their way to accommadate me. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLLERGIES YOU WILL BE TREATED HORRIBLE.

We have tried the Wendy's on Welland Ave multiple times, hoping for a good experience, but have been disappointed time and again. The fries are never hot and fresh, often needing to be sent back. A baked potato we ordered was raw and the lettuce always needs to be checked for quality. Burgers are typically lacking in lettuce and the chili has become watery. Thankfully, there is a McDonald's conveniently located across the street.

-Came here for dinner -service was quick -fries were kinda old -sandwich and nuggets were good -dinning area was clean -garbage areas were kinda full.

I've been here a few times and everything is consistent. The food is your average Wendy's, the restaurant usually has few clean tables and the service is typically quite slow. I agree with another reviewer - this place does not meet Wendy's standards and is in desperate need of a service makeover.

Not too many people, food was good, quickly served and the young people were a treat. They were very helpful and courteous. The meals were hot and fresh.
