U Need A Pita - St. Catharines

The smell of sourness or sewer when you walk in is not a good first impression, noone wearing hairnets over the food, as I'm sitting here waiting for my food I have lost my appetite, the smell is horrendous, I'm sorry

Have eaten here a couple times and the food tastes good usually. But last time I went I found a BUG in my peta wrap. My girlfriend and I lost our appetite, so we wanted a refund. The guy who works there only refunded me for my peta and not the whole meal. Which kind of felt unfair as the entire meal was $45 but he only refunded us $13. Which I get where he’s coming from but like dude I think refunding the entire meal is customer service 101. Anyway, maybe just refund the entire meal next time, that way people won’t feel the need to leave bad reviews.

Hands down the BEST pita in St. Catharines! The buffalo chicken pita is amazzzzzing! The staff are friendly and the location (at least the Glendale one that we went to) was clean! I ordered Uber eats and they forgot half of my order. I was trying to get it resolve and the employee hung up on me.
