Went on A Saturday at 2 ordered the crab cake Benny the crab cake was wet the Benny sauce was flavourless one egg was overcooked when egg was undercooked and the panfries were Burnt. The waiter was very pleasant helpful took My food back offered me a newdish. Said the fries were from earlier. Wasn't very happy will not recommend and would not go back

Will never go back. Waited an hour for our food and watched take out order after take out order get taken out. Ordered the breakfast poutine which is made almost of all homefries and they were not fully cooked. Ate maybe 6 bites. Offered nothing forexperience. Free tea? Free coffee? Discount? No thanks. See you never.

The food was overcooked and lacked flavor. The Western sandwich was just a pile of onions and ham, with no green pepper, and it was tasteless and overcooked. I didn't even finish half of it. The pancakes were dense and bland. The service was slow, but I understand it wasn't entirely the server's fault, as he was the only one working the full breakfast shift. I won't be returning.

While waiting in line to pay for our coffee and tea (which we were not offered for free, despite the inconvenience), I heard many others behind me express similar frustrations. We noticed at least five tables leave without eating, and there were even people outside advising others not to bother coming in. To make matters worse, they continued seating new customers and accepting mobile orders instead of slowing down to allow the kitchen and servers to catch up. Overall, I am very disappointed with our experience today.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast at 7:30 am on a Sunday. The music was blasting loud hip-hop, and when we asked if it could be turned down, we were told that the boss chosen the station and our waiter couldn’t help. He seemed to have the personality of a rock. Additionally, my over-easy eggs were partially uncooked and cold. I won’t be coming back.
