I had ordered cheese sticks and a large three-topping pizza to take away during lunch. I have to say I had the best pizza so far at this point compared to other places of Papa John 's. The staff was very humble, enthusiastic to serve you, they made pizza and cheese sticks well made and very cheesy and tasty. I just loved it. Keep boys you doing well. View all feedback.

Why would you charge extra for a regular crust on the Alfredo cheesy pizza (at least on Uber Eats), while the gluten-free option is free? That doesn’t make much sense. Please reconsider this policy.
I was sold a day-old pizza from here, and that’s just unacceptable. I definitely cannot recommend ordering from this location; they seem to mess up every order. I suggest trying the Glendale location instead, as they really know what they’re doing. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I will be addressing this issue further.
**SCAM ALERT** - On November 4, 2023, around 5:30 PM, I had an upsetting experience at the St. Catharines location. I went to pick up my usual Saturday night pizza, but to my surprise, the cost was 25% higher than it should have been. The clerk had added a 25% tip to my bill and told me just to tap my card. When I noticed the inflated price and questioned him about it, he claimed it was up to me to opt out of the tip. This is unacceptable, as it seems to only happen when certain staff members are on duty. A word of caution: always check the total price, including tax, before completing your purchase.
Ordered bogo 2 small butter chicken pizzas. Was the worst pizza I've had ever. Skimpy on the toppings, crust so doughy and under cooked. Wanted 2 different pizzas but was told for bogo had to b the same. Sauce was watery and just a tiny amount. Never ever will get papa johns pizza again. Don't waste your money.
I ordered delivery so I can’t honestly give you more or less than 3 stars so I remained neutral 3 to be fair OK. I ordered on UBER. Eats the BOGO FREE got the 12” Pepperoni Meatball well done the 10” Donair Pizza w/Feta as an extra topping. I found the crust very chewy not crispy as I expected a well done pizza to be. The sauce is very tasty meatballs pepperoni were decent. Overall taste was good but skimpy on the meats!! The Donair pizzas tasted go but crust is flimsy barely supports toppings as it bends in half when I picked each slice up. Not enough Donair meat I don’t understand why you’d put any pepperoni on a Donair pizza, this simply baffled me !!! I strongly suggest some changes are made in these areas or my review has been entirely a waste of my time OK….
