Disappointed. Not like it used to be. First, positive points : friendly staff, ribs were delicious. Negatives, mashed potatoes weren't as good as usual. The drinks are no bueno!!! They used bar mix powder to do a Long Island Ice tea. Where is the alcohol? Anyways. Still disappointed
Service took a long time but it's like that everywhere due to staff shortage. Food was excellent and our server polite. Would come back.
I went there for dinner with another couple. The service and food were good. We had to wait a little while for our meals, but it was a busy time, and the restaurant was full. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.
I ordered delivery through Uber Eats, but one of the dishes was missing from my order. All they could offer was a refund for that item. The manager seemed surprised that I was upset, and instead of addressing my concerns, he actually started to argue with me after apologizing.
We visit Madisons whenever we have a craving for a great big steak. The steak is consistently flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. We always order the fully loaded mashed potatoes, which are creamy and packed with butter, sour cream, bacon, and topped with chives. It's absolutely delicious every single time!
