We had an excellent dinner with a stunning sea view. The dining experience was delightful and the staff were wonderful, always ready to assist, even though it was the off-season.
The menu was quite intriguing, and both my starter and main course were exceptional. The bark Wellington was absolutely fabulous. The wine list was impressive, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the downside was my dessert—the orange blossom panna cotta, which was a disaster and far from what a panna cotta should be. Additionally, the restaurant was very quiet, lacking a lively atmosphere.
Lovely friendly attentive staff and good food but the attention to detail just missed the mark, e.g. burnt toast, past their best salad leaves. Not picky I know but it's attention to detail is what makes the difference between a good restaurant and a great restaurant.
The culinary experience here is excellent, featuring great service and delicious food. There are three menu options to choose from, along with an extensive wine list, albeit a bit pricey. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful Black Forest dessert. While I would have liked to see more local dishes on the menu, the overall dining experience was fantastic.
