Description

At a recent visit to a popular restaurant linked with the Eden Sessions, diners discovered a mixed bag of vegan offerings. While highlights included a delicious vegan Cornish pasty and tasty desserts like mint chocolate chip coconut ice cream, many found the savory options underwhelming and lacking clear labeling. Diners expressed disappointment over the limited variety, especially given the focus on sustainability. Some appreciated the availability of items like jackfruit wraps and vegan pizzas, but many felt that improvements could still be made. Overall, while the restaurant offers some commendable vegan choices, it leaves much to be desired for dedicated plant-based diets.

I went to all 4 caffes, found only suppe, cake and coffee in the at the beginning café, a vegan pasty in the lunch box, ' a few vegan main dishes in the med restaurant, and a vegan rice bowl (curie) in the restaurant between the two biomes. apparently subduing for somewhere that promotes veganism through sustainability.

For an attraction that makes itself proud of the promotion of climate change, the lack of vegan options is a embarrassment! the book says it has a caffe that sells vegan meals it only cakes. another just a vegan pasty, and had other options, but not today. at the end, I had to be available for a vegan burger as the only “meal”. If I had known that it was so missing, I would have brought my own food. Summary: great for cake, but not for a proper lunchtime

Vegan pizza, butternut squash curry, jackfruit burritos and pasties. a nice selection at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, many of their food shops were closed due to covid, but we can't blame them, they still make a good choice taking into account the circumstances

I was in search of a Cornish pasty takeaway spot and decided to check out the reviews on Tripadvisor for this particular location. With so many options in the area, you're bound to find one that suits your taste.

I visited the restaurant on a Monday morning and enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast and coffee at a reasonable price. The service was excellent. The bakery also had a great selection of treats.
