Pleasant place but rather surprisingly the scone of our cream tea was served piping hot, presumably straight from a microwave.

We visited Lovedays after a couple of hours in the Shipwreck Heritage Centre for a snack, and enjoyed the best cream teas we had in our entire fortnight's holiday!

A fabulous hidden gem. Great food and excellent service, they were so kind, even with my two kids causing chaos! The cake is amazing!

Really enjoyed our Sunday roast here, the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us especially as we have 2 children with complex dietary needs. Live music as we ate too which created a great atmosphere. Good selection of meals, drinks and seating arrangements. Recommend a visit, and don't forget your 10% off after you visit the shipwreck museum downstairs.2 adults, 4 children and drinks all came to £50
