Hangar One Bistro - St Augustine

Great place with romantic ambiance! Service was great and view was cool. Pictured is Charred Hangar Steak which was delicious. Prawn and shrimp sliders were good and smoked Old Fashioned's made with local St. Augustine Bourbon. Great experience!

Concise and creative menu. Great drinks and the food was delicious. Server was enthusiastic and attentive. Had fun watching the private jets and looking up their tail numbers to find out all kinds of interesting information

We were not planning on dining here tonight. Tried to get to St Augustine for the night of lights but it was too crowded! WE couldn't get there. So Last minute we made a reservation online 7:15 for 7:30. perfect! Saved the night ! We had a great greatwaiter loved the atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The purple soup of the day! Octopus appetizer and salmon dinner were bothexcellent! thank you we will be back!

Hubby and I visited back in March. It was a quiet weekday evening. Not many people but only 1 bartender/server so we waited a long time. We sat at the bar and he made me a yummy mock tail, I was 7mos pregnant. I believe the owner was at the bar with uschatting up some other customers while the only bartender served us and the 3 other tables that were occupied. Our food was justso/so, this place was on my dining list was listed as black owned. I didn?t see any semblance of that inside but that doesn?tnecessarily have to be announced. Probably wouldn?t return due to the lack of servers and having to wait quite a bit betweenfood and drinks.

We have eaten here before and had a wonderful experience however this time the food was different. Not sure what has changed but taste, and quality seemed to have been compromised. Also it seems that most vegetarian entree options have been removed. Thereis now one. Great location and drinks were good. For the price point we definitely expect better.
