Wendy's - St. Augustine

I've tried going to this restaurant three times at midnight, and each time the grill has been closed. When I asked for beef, they told me they didn't have any that night. I then requested grilled chicken, only to hear that they didn't have that either. I was at a loss and asked, "What do you have then?" The only options were deep-fried items. On my first two visits, the staff member said, "We only have nuggets, fries, and Frostys." It seems like the people in Saint Augustine are not motivated to work, and the service has been really disappointing. They’ve even closed early and don’t serve according to their posted hours.

I experienced simply terrible customer service while using the drive-thru. I've been a customer at this location for seven years, but I won't be returning.

The experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited 20 minutes to place my order, only to find the staff distracted and chatting about their holiday plans. After that, I never saw them again. To make matters worse, they asked me to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a free dessert. What a letdown!

Ordered spicy chicken combo with soda no ice. Received overcooked and dry sandwich, very cold French fries and to keep things consistently wrong A soda full of ice. Could have overlooked this order/trip, but this makes the 3rd time in a row at this particular location the food and service have been subpar. I've been sympathetic to staff shortages but the quality of food here has really gone downhill in the last 6 months.

That was the worst experience I've ever had with wendy. almost turned around when I came through the zigarette at the entrance and a very dirty house door to the house door, but you probably have to do. someone came to register after a few minutes. no hallo or hi, I can help them with the employees. .it was as if they would do me a favor by taking my order. then no grilled chicken, served a koks, but not the classic koks, so it went to get it just to find that they were from koks. what did they give me? coke null is my guess. did they think I wouldn't notice? the dining room was dirty. coworkers go in and out of the restaurant. No, come back, nothing when I was gone. the person who served me sat outside on the floor, smoking at the entrance and on the phone. I'll never go there again. terrible.
