One of the top dining spots in Saint Augustine! We visit nearly every week (sometimes even more) for lunch or dinner, and we've never had a disappointing meal. The staff is always consistent and friendly, showing great pride in their work. The owners are often present, actively ensuring that all guests are well taken care of and feel welcomed. The food is exceptional, the wine selection is fantastic, and the draft beers are always cold. A big shoutout to the entire team at Viola's!! Food: 5 stars.

I would have had better spaghetti at a restaurant known for its breadsticks. The garlic knots were missing both garlic and butter, which made them quite disappointing. The service was excellent and very friendly, and the food was served hot. However, I don't plan to return.

Bar service was disappointing; don't expect to sit back and enjoy your wine or chat with your neighbors. The staff encourages you to finish your drink and move on quickly. I definitely won't be returning. I also ordered the garlic knots, which are usually tasty, but one of them looked like it had hair in it. When I called the waitress over, she brought the manager/owner, who insisted it wasn't hair. This experience definitely highlighted the poor customer service. We opted to leave.

Such a quaint place. Felt like I was eating in a home somewhere in Italy. Wonderful, personalized and intuitive service from Ann Marie. All four of us had seafood and were very happy. The table next to us ordered an extra large pizza. It looked so good that we called in a to go order a couple days later. One of the top pizzas we’ve ever had. I ordered a gluten free pizza, it was one of the best I’ve ever eaten! This is our go-to restaurant in Crescent Beach. Thank you Viola’s for providing such a great experience for your customers!
