Romeos Café - St. Augustine

Tanya was excellent!! The food reminded me when I was in Italy. If you make it to St. Augustine, take in Romeos to stop. It's worth it.

FOOD! My friend took me here on a date, the food was great and the service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was so sweet and funny, she really made us laugh and made our experience in the restaurant. This place is definitely LGBTQ Friendly! Also the Bubble Waffles are amazing, it is a huge Belgian waffle with lots of ice and lots of blows, so good!

That was really great Italian food. I had the baked Ziti and my Gf got the Aubergine Parmesan. Both were amazing. The waiting period for the food was somewhat longer than it seemed to have been, and the beer selection could have been bigger, but otherwise no complaints. The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a pizzeria that really does not do the quality of food justice. We'll be here next time.

Romeos is great! We have often dined and usually take visitors or other local couples with us to introduce them to Romeos. Every person we ever took there loved the food and the atmosphere. Paula, the owner, uses her Italian grandmother authentic recipes that are amazing! Real Italian is definitely different from the American version we are used here, which is sweet and sugar. If that's what you like then as a reviewer said, go to Fast Food Place! If you want authentic Italian cuisine with rich taste, then Romeos is your place! Each dish is also made fresh, so order a glass of wine, eat their wonderful bread with olive oil and relax and vice versa with your family and friends. Order also the meatball appetizer! The absolutely best meatballs I've ever had! I had, or my family / friends had almost every item on the menu. I recommend her lasagna, but her seafood pasta and lobster ravioli are amazing! I can't tell you a court that wasn't. If they have it, the Nutella cheesecake is the BOMB! They run out when this is the case, arrange one of the waffles of sundaes, but have four people to eat it!! I am picky about my wine and usually at the taste of most restaurant “house wines”! I order their house red or mix every time and love it! You can't go wrong with Romeos! Family property and Paula, the owner is usually there and often comes to your table to make sure everything is great! Family atmosphere, great real Italian cuisine at a fair price! Five stars!

If you’re looking for authentic Italian food. This is the right place. The flavors are so great and the House wine on 5 dollars is a really good deal. Else the service provided by Andrea was awesome. She took care of us every time. Definitely if I’ll come back to this city, I will have a dinner there again.
