Was Anonym at Mi Carnal a mag?
I really enjoy this restaurant, especially their delicious horchata. The tacos, particularly the pastor tacos, are fantastic. If this place were located in St. Augustine, I would definitely recommend it. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Mi Carnal:
This is a fantastic small restaurant, especially coming from El Salvador. It is very clean and the cheese pupusas are delicious. Although the horchata is Mexican, not Salvadoran, it is still tasty. I will definitely return when I am in the area. View all feedback.
My brother's restaurant is amazing! I am always satisfied with my meals there. The tortilla soup is simply perfection. Thank you for the great service.
I had beef fajitas. The beef had a weird flavor. I was kind of grossed out wondering if it was really beef. It was a very small portion that came with beans and rice that tasted like rice pilaf. No cheese, pico digio, etc. Chips and salsa are extra. It’s a small, dumpy place and the prices are high. The queso was regular cheese that had been melted. It wasn’t the normal texture of typical queso. I was very disgusted and disappointed.
Great small business and especially from El Salvador. Very clean place. Cheese pupusas are good. Flan don’t bother however my niece thought it was good) . Horchata is Mexican not Salvadorean. I will be back when I crave cheese pupusas.
The cheese and chips were delicious. I regret not taking pictures of the amazing cheese pulls we experienced. It was unbelievable. My girlfriend and I just ordered quesadillas, but they were delicious. The food overall was great and the prices were reasonable. It's a great place for lunch. Thanks to the staff! As for parking, there are plenty of spots available so that's not a problem.
