Mcdonald's - St. Augustine

He was rude, then he went away in the middle of the order, then took a long time to return it

To the owner/manager of the location, the white lady with gray hemd is by far the most rude person I have ever seen in my whole life. everything I've done was mobile ordering before the arrival I've been doing for years, and obviously she has no mobile orders. she called it a very bad way to the line '.... "go to the parking lot

I have 2 breakfast meals and rude girl at the counter gave me water cup. she said that was what comes with breakfast meal. hath browns were cold. will not come back!

I would love it, but a customer turned me off to place 5 stars as soon as they said they took the plugs out a few years ago from this place. I'm always looking for wall outlets in the beautiful escaping area and they don't have any! I was just a st. Augustine visitors!

I love McDonald's. This location was set up for kiosk or app ordering and table service. However, that didn't happen. Food and time to pick up food was good. It would have been nice to have the table service advertised.
