Donovan's Irish Pub - St. Augustine

While the shepherd's pie tasted good, it was super heavy on the cheese and the potatoes felt barely there. Definitely disappointed in that, considering when we went a few years ago, it was the perfect mix.However, the Ruben egg rolls were delicious and right on point, as was the spicy mustard!Definitely miss the old menu, but I'm assuming it was significantly cut down due to staffing? So heads up the online one doesn't match the in person one by a long shot, but the food is still pretty alright!

I attended a private event last night at Donovan's Irish Pub, and I was very impressed with the food and the service. Our servers, Rachael Jareb, were very attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. The food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. A special thank you to the owners, Kristen Ethan for allowing us to host our meetings here. We are very appreciative :)Vegetarian options: I was very pleased to have the option to order a delicious veggie burger.

The food is always hot and fresh tasting. Good menu choices. I’m English and can vouch for their delicious Fish Chips! They even make their own “chips” American style. Rueben is great too. The staff is efficient and friendly. It’s very roomy but could do with a makeover to cheer it up a bit. ?Kid-friendliness: Kid menus.Parking: Plenty of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and double doors and bathroom accessibility.

We visit at least once a week and the food and service are always top notch. The girls (and guy) at the bar are always welcoming and attentive. BRITTANY is a great server and always remembers what we love to drink and eat. Just keeps getting better- looking forward to St Patrick’s Day! Great local watering hole with great food and service!

Oh my! Where do I begin! All was outstanding. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was great! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you like Irish food!
