I was amazed at how good this was for a fast eating place without having to go to a high price fish restaurant. my man tried a piece and he said he would get it the next time he usually doesn't eat fish. he had the mushroom Swiss burger who was excellent, he said and our riders were hot crispy! all about eating!

After 10 minutes, I noticed... read more When I ordered, they forgot my malt. I mentioned it to the girl who delivered my food, and she just smiled, nodded, and walked away. After 10 minutes, I noticed that everyone else was getting their food, but mine was still missing. So I spoke to another girl, and she even came back to my car to confirm the flavor (vanilla malt). After a brief wait, she returned with the drink, but as soon as I saw it, I knew it was just a shake, not a malt. I tasted it to be sure and had to go inside to address the issue. At this point, I was really frustrated. I had been polite the whole time, but I felt like screaming inside. I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. That meant I had to go back to my car to get my wallet, and I was told that processing the refund would take several days. At least the St. John's location offered me a coupon and an apology for the inconvenience, while this one just suggested I leave a review for the owner to read. So that’s what I’m doing. It’s a shame because the St. John's location handled the situation well, while St. Augustine has ended up with an honest and negative review. To me, that reflects poor business.

In response to my review, Adam, the General Manager, reached out to me almost right away. It was a pleasure speaking with him; he addressed my concerns and even offered compensation for my poor experience. The issue itself was minor (a missing item). Adam is an outstanding manager, and the food is fantastic!

But last 3x I've ordered my sandwich I've gotten charged for toppings I wanted but never get. Mentioned it one time about my missing cheese sauce andthey end up giving me some to notice I got charged for it when I got home.

Its fast food but doesn't feel like it. Its great to see associates interacting with customers. Food is usually quickly brought to your table. Tables are always... read more Its fast food but doesn't feel like it. Its great to see associates interacting with customers. Food is usually quickly brought to your table. Tables are always clean, the beverage center is always stocked and clean. We had the Butter burger meal and theSourdough melt meal. Always good quality and price. If you haven't given Culver's a try, you should. They have drive thru downpat, very organized and quick. If your an icecream lover try their custard, its worth the trip!
