I can confident... read more This restaurant is fantastic. We were in search of a burger joint that stood out from the typical options, as McDonald's seems to be everywhere. I can confidently say that the burgers and fries here were excellent. Yet, the highlight of our visit to burger buckets was the exceptional service provided by our waiter Greg. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, treating us like royalty from the moment we arrived until we left. Thanks to Greg, we will definitely be returning to burger buckets in the future. Thank you, Greg, for such an unforgettable dining experience.

We had to wait outside for a short period before being seated. The atmosphere inside was very cozy, and the food was delicious. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and one mushroom Swiss cheeseburger. The food was prepared quickly, which we were grateful for. The burgers were home-style and generous in size, with fantastic flavors. The accompanying french fries were also tasty. The prices were reasonable. The service was great, with everyone smiling, despite a sign outside indicating they were short-staffed. You can find their menu and prices on their website. Overall, this is the perfect spot for a fantastic lunch in Saint Augustine.

He had spotted the sign for it earlier in the weekend and was eager to try it before we left town, so we made it our final food stop of the trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our waiter was extremely nice and funny, and our food arrived promptly. My boyfriend ordered the doughnut cheeseburger, which he absolutely loved and devoured. I opted for a simple hamburger with pickles and onions (I like to keep things plain).

Everything we ordered was delicious, with fresh food that arrived quickly. The meat was especially tasty with perfect seasoning, and the fries were excellent. The meat to bun ratio was also spot-on. Our waitress was efficient, sweet and kind, and her act of kindness was heartwarming. Every employee we encountered that night was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning in the future!

It's a family owned business; the owners and staff were friendly and are happy to talk with you if you like. Burgers are great here. If you don't mind a few carbs, I would highly recommend the pretzel appetizer. It was delicious. There is free parking on site for restaurant guests. We didn't have the kids but it is definitely a kid friendly environment. Highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a great place to eat.
