We had the fried Calamari for an... read more The food and the atmosphere were amazing. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and we were very happy with everything. We had the fried Calamari for an appetizer. It had only the right amount of taste and breeding. Then for dinner I had surfing and lawn fried rice and my wife had the mahi mahi. We were both very happy with our meals. They were very tasteful and just the right proton.

Both were absolutely delicious! Our server was so friendly and she gave us some suggestions for what to eat since we were out of town and weren't here yet. Not very disappointed.

The servings were so... read more Was looking forward to try this restaurant based on their reviews and their well made website. What a disappointment! The steak was tough. The servings were so small $9 for a small half a cup of conch chowder that was too salty and too spicy. The caesarsalad was salty. For the price we paid, it felt like we ate at a cantina, ambiance was not fine dining and our server was indesperate need of training. Their parking lot was in a horrible condition. Best part of the meal was the pizza, hence the 2stars. There are a lot of restaurants in St Augustine, I do not recommend Black Fly.
