My disappointment was made worse by the rude and unprofessional conduct of the staff. When I kindly asked for a refund, the employee failed to apologize and instead implied it was my fault, claiming they "don’t have flies" and that it "did not come from there." It's safe to say I won’t be going back to this location, and I plan to share the video evidence with my acquaintances.
