Was Eu Toteu at Opa! a mag?
The summer salad was wonderful, and the calamari was quite tasty. The kids really loved the skewers and cheese sandwich. The service was exceptional! However, I suggest taking a look at the screens, as they were not working, and perhaps giving the restaurant a more thorough cleaning. What User dislikes about Opa!:
I visit this restaurant often, but I've noticed that the Greek salad isn't very fresh. It mainly consists of just tomatoes and cucumbers, and occasionally the cucumbers don't seem very fresh either. I rarely get any purple onion or green pepper in my Greek salad. It feels like they are making large batches and using the cheapest ingredients to finish them off. I recently visited the St. Albert location and was horrified to find a dead fly in my chicken wrap. My disappointment was made worse by the rude and unprofessional conduct of the staff. When I kindly asked for a refund, the employee failed to apologize and instead implied it was my fault, claiming they "don’t have flies" and that it "did not come from there." It's safe to say I won’t be going back to this location, and I plan to share the video evidence with my acquaintances.
The food was served piping hot and was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly! I was truly impressed by the fantastic food and generous portion sizes. I would recommend this place to anyone—best Opa!
First of all, I have to say that the restaurant had a strong, unpleasant smell and seemed to be in urgent need of a deep clean. If the dining area looks this way, I can't help but be concerned about the cleanliness in the kitchen. It's crucial to uphold higher standards and take better care of your surroundings. Please improve your cleanliness!
