Kfc - St Albans

This review is more for the food served out of here than the employees. For the most part, they are very friendly and quick. The food, however, is always subpar. Ordered the “Chizza” today. Well, the half version because the whole version is $12.99! Basically, they just cut a chicken breast in half, add some pizza sauce that has no flavor and then add Mozz cheese that isn’t melted while topping it with stale pepperoni. Why is the cheese not melted, but it is on the picture? Gross

Wrong order given at drive through. Had to park and walk in. Gave me a bag and said it's my order. 30 dollar order and was shorted 17 dollars worth of sandwiches.

We just ordered 12 of the 2 for 5 wraps an it was the biggest deal. Then we get home an try to eat an every strip in every wrap has got to be at least 4 hours old, hard an rubbery. The cashier was very nice but the people in the back were very rude. People pay for food they don't want 4 hour old strips. Their so old they are dark dark brown
