I ordered just for myself 3 dishes which come to £28 beef chow main which was a good portion and not greasy so ticking all the boxes,ribs were laughable 0 flavo... read more I ordered just for myself 3 dishes which come to £28 beef chow main which was a good portion and not greasy so ticking all the boxes,ribs were laughable 0 flavour,and beef in black bean sauce although a lot of beef again 0 flavour and more or a slimey water than a sauce,despite all these food crimes when I asked if prawn crackers are on the house I was told yes only if you spend over £30 So basically I felt I had to re mortgage my home despite spending a ridiculous amount on average food while being told a cracker wasn’t available because I didn’t fit the criteria.??? Ordered food at 5 to be picked up at 8.15. Spent 30 mins in shop and still no one had spoken to me or three others in the queue in front. When I pushed to the front to speak to lady behind the counter she explained the order would still be some time but couldnt say how long. Others in there were already waiting over an hour for their pre ordered food. Rubbish client service with staff hiding. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
