The service at this restaurant is top-notch, especially from a friendly and good-looking waiter named Owen. I always order a large coffee, which is consistently excellent. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're in Harpenden. The staff is friendly and the service is always on point.
The friendly service was a highlight of our experience at this restaurant. We enjoyed sitting outside with our furry friends, watching the world go by while sipping on a delicious vanilla cappuccino.

It would be a good idea to give them a thorough cleaning or consider replacing them with leather or plastic chairs. The toilets can also be a bit smelly at times and could use more frequent cleaning. Despite these minor issues, I still enjoy getting my flat whites at Costas.
Fantastic! not a long wait for very tasty drinks : Got a hot chocolate in a to-go cup with cream.
