I used to visit this restaurant daily, but they consistently made mistakes with my orders! I would request a farmers wrap with extra sauce, but they would give me none. I asked for additional bacon on my wraps and was given none. I requested a caramel ice cap with whipped cream (which should come standard) but they did not include the whipped cream. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling my orders.

This café always has a great selection of coffee and consistently meets my expectations with no errors for quite some time.

We had amazing service from a young gentleman tonight. We're not sure of his name, but he was a great young man who was extremely helpful. We ordered 3 dishes, but they ran out of salad. He was very apologetic and offered compensation for the inconvenience. He went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers. He deserves recognition for his excellent service. Thank you. We will definitely be returning to this location.

The person who served seemed not happy there, she could not even answer when I said thank you. not the friendliness

Worst tims location by far. Zero consistency, pure garbage. Always giving out incorrect orders. Always a waste of money at this one.
