Our waitress acted like she had no idea what was on 1/2 the menu and claimed (openly) that the other half was not worth eating. The lights in the restaurant were kept so low i had to use the flash light on my cell to even readthe menu. To say the food quality was poor is an understatement. Parts of the meal were brought out cold, others were cookedwrong, etc. I'd not eaten at applebee's for several years prior to this and was hoping the food had improved. I should haveknown better. We would have been much better off going to McDonald's.

I ordered a Southwest Chicken Bowl. Chicken was completely dried out. Girlfriend ordered a Strawberry Balsamic ChickenSalad. They did not have strawberrys, but they should have told her before ordering it. Salad did not come with much dressing. She asked for more and was given another dressing. Find a mom and pop restaurant and support your local businesses instead ofgoing here.

After waiting an additi... read more What a terrible experience. I placed a pickup order with a 45-minute timeframe and arrived slightly early, informing them of my arrival. After waiting an additional 20 minutes past the promised time and seeing staff lounging around, joking, and eating, I had to go inside to get some answers. When I finally got my food home, it was overcooked, bland, and cold. I will do everything I can to avoid returning to this place.

This is t... read more The restaurant wasn’t busy, and we were seated immediately. However, after 15 minutes, no one had come to take our drink order or even acknowledge us. This is the second time we've experienced poor service at this location. We won’t be returning. The Chili’s next door offers a much better experience with excellent service!
