Bean Brackendale Cafe - Squamish
Bean Brackendale Cafe
Description
The Bean Cafe in Squamish has been receiving mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the quality of coffee and the variety of beans available, others are disappointed with the staff's lack of skills, customer service, and overall experience. Despite shortcomings, the cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, delicious cinnamon buns, and serves good gluten-free options. The location is convenient for campers and early risers with a passion for vegan breakfast options. Overall, it seems like the Bean Cafe has the potential to be a great spot for coffee lovers if they address their staff training issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Feedback
We recently dined at the Bean Café in Brackendale and left feeling disappointed. We had a $29 discount from the Picket Book, but were still upset by our overall experience. My initial order tasted bad, so I returned it and ordered something else, only to be told I had to pay more. When I questioned this, I was told they couldn't give me anything else just because I didn't like it. Isn't customer satisfaction supposed to be their priority? Needless to say, we left and are now in line at McDonald's for take-out.
This restaurant offers excellent coffee and pastries. It is recommended to arrive early if you want to try their popular cinnamon rolls, as they tend to sell out quickly. However, everything on the menu looks delicious. The scones are particularly noteworthy. We also tried their sandwiches for a picnic, which featured excellent bread but the filling (egg salad) was a bit delicate.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to unwind with a delicious cup of coffee. Despite its small size, it manages to deliver a quality product with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Delicious coffee and great sandwich... they also have an amazing blueberry muffin!!!! We loved!!! Thank you.
This was a busy place with people coming and going. It was also one of a few coffee shops in town that actually open before 8am. The coffee was good, though not outstanding. The treats looked amazing and our muffin was good. The cinnamon rolls...looked amazing and I'm still wondering if I should go back to try one! Unfortunately, this is a place that charges for refills, which put me off, especially when you first opt for the mug over the paper cup to try and be good for the environment, only to find out the mug is significantly smaller.
