The last several times I have been to this location, I have had a lot of issues. Today it was that I ordered through the app at 4:08 and checked in to the stall. It was pretty busy so I gave them some time but at 4:25 i finally pressed the button and inquired about when my food would be ready. The girl who waited on us was super nice....she even put extra condiments in the bag for us.Kid-friendliness: My kids loves sonic drinks with needs candy.

They had my food and drinks out to me in like 2 minutes and all my food was cold and my drinks were wrong. This is not the first time but I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different location that actually brings out my food without me having to remind them and gets my order right.

The Sonic Drive-In located inside Springtown, TX is absolutely poor and pathetic at best! They obviously cannot manage or run this location properly. I have been a Sous Chef for over 20 years and the quality and diligence they put into making anything there is garbage! Their hot dog buns are always dried out, their hamburgers are either dry and burned, or they have entirety too much mayo, mustard or ketchup! Whomever is teaching these folks how to season things needs to retire from the food industry permanently! Salt should be used in moderation, NOT carelessly slinging the shaker ALL over the tator tots and fried products! And please do not respond to this message with a number for me to call and make a report , because lets be honest here, Sonic is NOT and will NEVER make it right or do the right thing! The right thing would be to stop hired unqualified employees that have no experience with ANYTHING culinary! Today was my last day to visit this location and I would highly recommend any one else thinking of visiting the Sonic in Springtown, TX to seriously re-think your decision before wasting your time and money! This location is an absolute disgrace to all the other quick service establishments that work so diligently and put forth so much effort to make things great! Springtown Sonic should be ashamed of itself! I recommend nothing from here!
The quality of the food as well as the service have gone to the dogs. Over the past year or so, every visit has been a gamble as to what you will get. My most recent visit was the absolute last visit! Ordered 2 Bacon cheeseburgers. 1 with mustard, pickle and tomato. The second was just bacon and cheese. Arrived home ready to tuck into my burger. When I opened it I found about 3 little broken pieces of bacon that didn't make up 1/4 of 1 slice of bacon, no tomato, two pickle slices and a squirt of mustard. The patty itself was overcooked, tough and dry. As if it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The second burger had even less bacon on it. I called and spoke with the Manager who then refunded my money, thankfully. I fed the burgers to my dog. I will cook at home... it's way cheaper and way better!
