While the app is user-friendly, it becomes irrelevant if the order isn't properly communicated to the staff or if it's not prepared in advance. As for the food, the sliced brisket was dry and could be torn apart like beef jerky. The macaroni and cheese was served cold, and the fried okra was old and rubbery.
