What Anonym dislikes about Sociables Pub & Eatery:
Sociables is just across the road from the Anne Murray Centre and was recommended to me by the staff at the AMC as being the place they went to for lunch. Always trust the locals! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and watching the Springhillers as they ordered lunch and chatted with each other and the staff there. They were all really friendly. The food was very filling (it was a big sandwich) and well prepped. I think... View all feedback.

This restaurant serves the best food in Nova Scotia and is conveniently located across from the Anne Murray Centre. The staff is incredibly friendly.

During a road trip to the Maritimes, my companions and I decided to stop off the highway in search of a better lunch option than the usual fast food chains. After driving for a few minutes, we came across this restaurant that had received some good reviews. We ordered a meatless pizza with vegetables and a "hot" vegetable sandwich with fries. Unfortunately, the service was slow and we were left unimpressed with the naan bread that accompanied our meal. The crust was not cooked to perfection and the sauce tasted like it came from a can or bottle. The sandwich, which was meant to be a hot option without meat, lacked flavor and effort from the chef. No amount of hot sauce, mustard, or seasonings could salvage the bland and disappointing meal. Overall, it was a letdown after going out of our way to find a decent lunch spot.

The burgers at this restaurant are okay, but the service is lacking, as is often the case in Paris. It is slow and you may have to flag down the waiter multiple times to order dessert or ask for the bill.

Had it, with a Stella (on tap). Yum. Nuff said. Ok. They require that I say more. The place was packed, but the service was quick, personable and efficient. I will eat there again.
