I loved the wings! I only got a to-go order, but I plan on going back and being able to sit down. I enjoyed the wings and while they no longer offer poppers, they now have jalapeño cheese curds, which are great! The lady at the front was super nice and my to-go experience was great! What Deshun Mas doesn't like about Wings Etc.:
Decided to try something new since I just moved here. Order mild wings along with a couple of other things and got this. No sauce just grease at the bottom of my styrofoam. No flavor. Honestly I don?t even know what this is at the bottom. Tossed it out and just decided to go somewhere else. Don?t know how you can call yourself a restaurant and your producing this as a final product. Very disappointed View all feedback.
I normally do not like to complain, but I have to share my experience at this restaurant. One of my friends was dining with his girlfriend and another friend when a female cook came out from the kitchen and physically assaulted him by slapping him in the head and face. This was not a joke or playful behavior, and it happened in front of other customers. Despite the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, my friend chose not to call the authorities. The employee responsible for the assault, who is reportedly related to the manager, was not reprimanded in any way. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. My group and I were regular customers at this restaurant and had even collaborated with them for an event, but they did not make any effort to address the situation or make amends. To make matters worse, the employee was promoted to a managerial position instead of being fired, and my group was banned from the restaurant for no valid reason. I plan on contacting the corporate office to address this issue.
We had dinner at this restaurant, which was conveniently located next to our hotel. Unfortunately, the Wings were not very good - they were cold and some of them didn't even have sauce. On the bright side, our waitress was friendly, attentive, and provided good service.
The customer service at this restaurant was lacking, with only around 10 customers being attended to by 4 servers/bartenders. The service was slow and the waitress appeared annoyed and disinterested in taking our order. The food quality was also disappointing, especially considering we only ordered boneless wings. The only highlight was the fried pickles, which were tasty.
As a doordash driver they didn't start my order till I got there frustrating! But on the other hand the customers seemed happy and having a good time.
Skyler is an amazing server and I've never had a bad experience at all. All the workers here are great and I'm impressed with them all. Im staying in Springfield for a month and all I want to do is come and eat over here at the Wings ECT. Pub and grill it's a great experiences and makes buffalo wild wings looks really
