The chalupa shell is always hard as a rock and cold with maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of meat and a half inch of lettuce, same with the crunchwrap, its all tortilla and lettuce. Plus the wait times are significantly longer than any other fast food place around. Can't wait until they open the one on Eastgate. I hope it's management is better!

Got a Mexican pizza which is my huge favorite and I 've eaten since I was a young gal well my pizza tonite tasted so odd and weird so much so I spit some out and saved the one and half pieces to return with a complaint ! Well we were pretty much told to kick rocks bc we Didn 't have like the rest of the pizza ' that is so ridiculous to tell customer that they won 't get a Refund or even store credit !!customers come first and really Taco Bell,! Wont be returning to this location again ! Poor poor customer service and overall attitudes by their employees ! ;
