We were surprised that it didn't take the regular 45 minutes to get through... read more We ordered a #6 (whatever was in that), a burrito, chips/cheese and cinnamon twists. We were surprised that it didn't take the regular 45 minutes to get through the drive thru but I should know better than to drive off without checking my order. No cinnamon twists. I'm sick and don't feel like driving back so I've tried calling 6 times. The phone just rings busy. Seems professional.

She said we can't do that. I told I had done it before. She said I'm the manager and we can't do that! So I left.

When I ordered my food, it indicated that I could pick it up in the dining room, but when I arrived, the door was... read more I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. When I ordered my food, it indicated that I could pick it up in the dining room, but when I arrived, the door was locked. Two employees informed me that we could walk through, but we were later told we needed a vehicle to retrieve our order. By the time we found a vehicle, our order had vanished from the system, forcing us to reorder everything. The person on the headset was quite rude and laughed at the situation, making us feel embarrassed. We stood at the door, and instead of simply opening it to hand us our food, we experienced a 25-minute wait just to get to the speaker box, followed by another 25 to 30 minutes until we reached the drive-thru window. I'm really unsatisfied with this location; if I could give them a rating of 0 to 1/2 star, I would. The drive-thru times and customer service here are truly terrible.

I stopped by to grab food while helping a friend move apartments, but it took 30 minutes to get through just two cars in the full line. We ended up leaving the line to avoid getting stuck, which caused an inconvenient delay. It has been extremely slow lately.
