You truly saved my night. I could see how exhausted you were, and there was still a lot more to do to close the kitchen. It must be stressful knowing that not fulfilling your shift affects your wages. To make matters worse, other customers arrived just as you were finishing my order, and one of them had the nerve to get upset and argue with you over the situation, as if that would magically add another employee to the team. I sincerely hope things get better for these hardworking individuals who show up and give their best.

This used to be my favorite restaurant, and I've been a loyal customer since childhood. Unfortunately, the staff is now rude, full of excuses, lacking urgency, and unapologetic. They have been in the business long enough that you would expect them to have adequate staff during busy hours, yet all I saw were delivery drivers in the lobby complaining about long wait times. Waiting 36 minutes for a meal is simply unacceptable. While there are a few employees who still care, my overall experience was disappointing. It's been the same issues for four years despite the new building, new staff, and new menu. Owners, please take action to improve the situation! Thank you.

I stopped by to grab food while helping a friend move apartments, but it took 30 minutes to get through just two cars in the full line. We ended up leaving the line to avoid getting stuck, which caused an inconvenient delay. It has been extremely slow lately.
