Update...went back up there showed the nice girl. She said is this a joke...is the bacon even cooked. I said I don't think so. She made me a new one. That one was good. The quality of the food has decreased signifi... read more This restaurant used to be great, but now it seems like the employees are not motivated to do their jobs properly. The quality of the food has decreased significantly. My family and I will not be returning. I feel sorry for the employees and hope they find better opportunities. The last two times we ate here, the food was spoiled and the bread was so hard it could break glass. The hours are inconvenient for many people, as they close at 9:30pm while other nearby restaurants stay open much later. As a truck driver, I have visited Subway locations that are open 24 hours and always provide excellent service and food. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location anymore. It's sad to see the decline of American businesses over the years. I hope something is done to improve this restaurant, as I would hate to see it close down in the Springfield community.
