Brought it back and they couldnt do anything about it because that's the new ranch they got but cant advertise that they use a new ranch. Will not be comingback. If I could give a 0 star I would. Very disappointed with this location

I also... read more When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that I was given only one tray of meat for my salad, which seems outrageous for a six-inch portion. I also ordered a large drink for $2.59, and after accounting for the 8.1% tax, my total should have been $15.65. However, when I went to pay, the manager claimed that salads weren’t actually offered and rolled his eyes when I expressed confusion about why they were on the menu. Earlier, one of his staff members had explained the difference between a salad and a protein bowl, but despite that, I was charged $12.99 instead of the correct amount. Furthermore, the menu indicates that protein bowls are priced like footlongs, with a footlong listed at $13.79. Yet, I only received one tray of meat toppings and ended up paying $18.90 for a small salad and a large drink. The manager refused to rectify my order or issue a refund. Be cautious when placing your order here; the pricing definitely raises some questions at this Subway.
