Admittedly I am not a big fan of any Starbucks, but this location is notably bad. The facility has multiple entrances and there is no apparent line to order. The staff did little to keep things orderly. Overall my concern was this Starbucks is very dirty. The floor, the counters, and virtually everything else was very dirty. Not messy and untidy, literally dirty. I unfortunately had to use the restroom and the floor around the toilet was covered in what I assume was urine, there was no toilet paper, and the sink looked horrible.
Starbucks was clean, spacious, and provided the same great drinks and pastries as before. It also had notes for people to maintain social distancing. So over all a great experience.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. First, when I got my drinks they were not made right. I got a caramel frappachino with 7 pumps of caramel syrup. The problem was they added little to no caramel syrup at all. It tasted like iceand coffee. Next, when we came back to get them remade, they took well over 15 min to remake the two drinks. I would give themone give m two because at least they remade them for me.
I just left this starbucks (which is normally 5 starts anyway) and the young man working the cashier on Wednesday at 3pm was so kind and accommodating for my mother's birthday. I had gone to several other Starbucks before coming to Springfield looking fora specific item my mother loves and he went out of his way to help me out.
