Unfortunately, his pasta was left waiting under the heat lamp while my burger was being prepared, which caused it to dry out somewhat. On the bright side, the zucchini I had was fantastic! Overall, we had an enjoyable meal and mostly good service.

Never sitting, was overlooked even after I had given my name for the waiting list that should be only 10-15 minutes long. After we left 3 other couples that came after us and sit more couples that came after us, we also decided a simple burger and pommes in another facility was a much less stressful choice. we will try again later, but they missed on a huge tipp and a decent food sale as usual. pay attention to their customers as soon as they pierce their door.

However, I ordered a medium-rare burger and received one that was pink on the outside but completely raw in the middle. While I don’t mind some pink, this was undercooked. When I asked for a replacement, the kitchen overcompensated by cooking it until it was burnt to a crisp. It wasn’t worth waiting for another. If you can’t properly cook a burger, you shouldn’t be working in the kitchen. I hope Ruby Tuesday updates their menu and hires a more skilled cook.

It took an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, everything was cold—including two samplers, two wings, and a child’s chicken meal. When we asked about the delay, we were told there were already pre-made dishes ready, yet they weren’t served promptly. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, with only about 15 people inside, so we felt ignored. After finishing, it took 10 minutes just to get our change. This was the first bad experience I've had here, and sadly, my husband and I both ended up with food poisoning. I also noticed other customers complaining about cold food. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

This time, they got th... read more I visited Ruby Tuesday with a coworker and tried the Guac Smashburger, requesting it without guacamole since it was on special for $8.99. This time, they got the order right, and the burger was delicious. The waitress was friendly and made sure my drink was never empty. My coworker enjoyed the salad bar and even went back for seconds. I'm increasing my rating to three stars now. Overall, the service was good, but there were some issues with attention to detail regarding the accuracy of the orders. We might consider dining at different places in the future, as there are many other restaurants in Springfield that offer similar quality food.
