I was greeted by Bethany immediately upon entering the restaurant. She’s super friendly and attentive. No wait; service is great! She was very helpful with menu selections and ensuring I had no questions. The salad bar is very fresh and stocked with many choices. I don’t usually order a ribeye at a family establishment, but pretty happy I did as it is very flavorful and was served quickly!!! Great choice! Glad I cane here! Will come back!
We got here and we’re seated quickly with a large group. Our waitress Faith was with us right away and had some great drink recommendations. She was knowledgeable and attentive to three in our party with allergies. It was a great experience and the food and service was great. We will be back again.Dietary restrictions: Three were allergic to wheat and Faith was knowledgeable about the menu and what substitutes were available.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The water cup I received had mold on the rim, the roasted chicken was burnt, and the grilled chicken was dry. Furthermore, my daughter's meal came with the wrong side dish. To top it off, my mother discovered something unpleasant in her food at the end of the meal. Although the server quickly took it off the bill, the overall quality of the food was lacking. The service itself was fine, but everything else was not up to par.
Was a bad service I had traveled to mine. for a restaurant on the top floor that served above eating, I was very disappointed by the service before I ever came into the door. Never sitting, was overlooked even after I had given my name for the waiting list that should be only 10-15 minutes long. After we left 3 other couples that came after us and sit more couples that came after us, we also decided a simple burger and pommes in another facility was a much less stressful choice. we will try again later, but they missed on a huge tipp and a decent food sale as usual. pay attention to their customers as soon as they pierce their door.
Nestled near a local hotel, this restaurant boasts an inviting exterior, yet many diners find the interior in need of updates. While the staff tends to be friendly, service can be inconsistent; diners have reported long waits for food and drink refills. Disappointments also include cold meals, mixed food quality, and even instances of plastic in dishes. However, positives shine through with attentive servers who excel in managing dietary restrictions and providing recommendations. Guests appreciate the delicious salad bar and specials that offer a better value. Overall, experiences vary from delightful to disappointing, leading to mixed reviews on returning.

We went in with the intention of only trying Ruby Tuesday's salad bar. Our server, Gina, was extremely helpful and informed us about a special that included the salad bar. The smash burgers we ordered were delicious, but the salad bar was also excellent.
We ordered takeout from work, and it was absolutely fantastic. I had the salmon, and it was incredibly delicious! I've never been let down by their food.
I visited Ruby Tuesday with a coworker and tried the Guac Smashburger, requesting it without guacamole since it was on special for $8.99. This time, they got the order right, and the burger was delicious. The waitress was friendly and made sure my drink was never empty. My coworker enjoyed the salad bar and even went back for seconds. I'm increasing my rating to three stars now. Overall, the service was good, but there were some issues with attention to detail regarding the accuracy of the orders. We might consider dining at different places in the future, as there are many other restaurants in Springfield that offer similar quality food.
I found plastic mixed into my food at this restaurant, but they did give me a complimentary meal. However, I was still disappointed and had expected better quality.
The service was excellent! Lesley provided us with outstanding care. The food was truly fantastic! I will definitely be returning!

We also didn’t receive any refills for our drinks, and whenever we tried to speak to the waitress, she would apologize and say it was chaotic, even though there were only about 15 people in the restaurant. At the end of our meal, it took her 10 minutes to bring us our change. I've had good experiences here before, but last night was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, both my husband and I woke up with food poisoning. Several other diners expressed similar dissatisfaction, mentioning that their food was cold and not up to standard. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.
If you're staying at a nearby hotel and prefer not to travel far for a meal, this restaurant might be a convenient choice. The exterior of the building is quite appealing, but the interior feels worn and in need of some renovations. However, it is clean. The staff was friendly, but could have been more attentive; my coffee was never refilled even though it wasn't busy, and I didn't see our server to request more. The prices seemed a bit high for what you receive, so be sure to inquire about the daily specials. The server didn't mention them initially, but provided the information upon request, which offered a more budget-friendly option. The food was good, which is definitely a positive aspect. Overall, I would rate this place three stars. I can't think of a reason to return, though.
We ordered the two-for-$22 special. The mozzarella sticks were just okay, but the salad bar was quite nice. The bourbon chicken was also average. Our server was the bartender, and even though he got quite busy, he did a good job looking after our table.
We arrived and were seated promptly with a large group. Our waitress, Faith, attended to us immediately and offered excellent drink recommendations. She was knowledgeable and attentive, especially regarding the allergies of three people in our party. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with both the food and service being outstanding. We will definitely come back again.

The cheeseburgers at this restaurant are amazing! The bartender and the server provided outstanding service. It really was the best day ever!
We have dined at this restaurant on North Glenstone in Springfield, MO several times a month. Unfortunately, our recent visits have not lived up to our expectations. Today, I ordered...
I don't typically leave one-star reviews, but I feel it's important to share our recent experience with this restaurant chain that we've been loyal to for many years. We used to eat here often, and my spouse has always been a huge fan...

The salad bar at this restaurant is exceptionally impressive and is definitely the highlight. They offer a wide selection of fresh ingredients that are difficult to find at other places. I typically visit just for the salad bar because the other menu options are quite average. Overall, the food is only mediocre and not really worth a trip unless you're extremely hungry. The menu could use some more exciting choices.
Overall, I found it to be quite good! I would give it a B+ rating. The lunch buffet at this restaurant was truly enjoyable. I especially liked the wide range of pasta and salad options available.
I enjoyed the buffalo chicken sliders with fries at this restaurant, and they were amazing. The sliders had just the right amount of heat—spicy, but not too much. I also appreciated the fresh and diverse options offered at the salad bar.
