The staff, especially our waitress, were incredibly friendly and well-informed. I ordered the steak along with a salad and a baked potato. The salad was delicious. As for the potato...
I made the mistake of stopping in for a burger today. I ordered a smash burger, but it was overcooked and rubbery, the cheese was not melted, and the burgers were not smashed. Just disappointing.

We had a large order. Hannah was a rock star!!!! She is a huge asset to O’Charley’s!!!
Della b is a wonderful server. Very polite and cares about her customer. Deserves to be praised. Very hard to find a good server these days. Will ask for her next time.
