What User doesn't like about Jet's Pizza:
Jets Pizza is our go-to pizza place. We decided to visit the Springfield location for dinner. I called ahead and ordered two large pizzas to avoid any wait time. When we arrived, I paid for the order and informed the server that we would be dining in. We sat and patiently waited for our food, but after about 35 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about our order. There was no one at the counter, so I had to ope... View all feedback.
The pizza was bad(it was the cheese mostly). they forgot our wings and burnt the cookie. wouldn’t recommend.

The pizza is very good; however it took 1.5 to 2 hours to get our pizza delivered twice in a row and our pizza was cold upon delivery. Their ad says fast delivery but its always over an hour to get it. And the order was wrong!
As a door dash driver.i give them a thumbs up. Fast friendly service.
