Jet's Pizza - Springfield
Jet's Pizza
Description
Jet's Pizza has garnered mixed reviews, reflecting a spectrum of experiences from patrons. While many praise the taste and quality of the pizza, complaints frequently highlight long delivery times, incorrect orders, and inconsistent service. Some customers express frustration over management issues, noting that promised compensations for mistakes were often not honored. Diners who opt for in-restaurant meals report subpar presentation and service. Nevertheless, a few commend exceptional customer service, especially at the Springfield location, which has left some customers satisfied and eager to return. The restaurant clearly has potential, yet addressing service concerns could significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

Love the pizza here, but the restaurant was badly damaged in the tornado and will be closed for a while!
I ordered a pizza for takeout and it was delicious. A week later, I tried another pizza from a different location and it did not compare to Jets in Springfield, Tennessee. The staff in Springfield know what they are doing. The service was excellent and very friendly. PS. I heard you were hit by a tornado. I hope everyone is okay and that you reopen soon.
I placed my order via text message and requested a delivery for 11:00AM on Friday (which was noted on the receipt). However, when the driver arrived, he mentioned that he was only notified at 11:15AM and almost missed picking up my order, causing further delay. This oversight has left me questioning how it occurred and what measures can be taken to prevent it in the future. Due to this experience, I have decided not to use their delivery service again.
I had a problem with an order where they left toppings off. I called and spoke to someone at this store where they said that I had a free pizza coming as a result and to just call back to order. When I called to order a few weeks later they couldn't find the credit.Good pizza but substandard management. I could have been offered a coupon when they couldn't find the credit but I guess that my business wasn't that important to them.
Jet's is a disappointment. We paid $16 for a 12-inch pizza that turned out to be only 10 inches. We asked to dine in and ordered a small thin crust Supreme pizza, a salad, and a bottle of soda. After waiting twenty minutes, our food was brought to us in a box, with the salad still in a stapled bag. To top it off, we were even asked if we needed plates, despite the fact that we were eating in. The salad was decent, but the pizza was terrible. You're better off buying a DiGiorno pizza for about $10 at a local grocery store. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place - you'll only end up disappointed.
