We hosted an 18th birthday party for my son at this restaurant and both the service and food were amazing. The general manager, Brand, was excellent and our server, Mike, did a fantastic job serving over 25 people with grace and professionalism. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks to the staff, my son's birthday celebration was a success. The DJ also did a great job. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Not Just Crab:
The service here sucks. My onion rings I couldn’t eat because it was so much grease in them had sit them aside luckily I order a side of hush puppies to go with my shrimp, then they brought 1 cocktail sauce out to share between the both of us and took 25 minutes to get another. The waitress never came to see if we needed anything service is poor will not be coming here again. View all feedback.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The servers and waitstaff were outstanding. I ordered the burger and it was delicious. The atmosphere was really beautiful.
This place exceeded my expectations. The fried shrimp are the best I have ever had in the DMV area.
If I didn't give them stars. first we waited for almost an hour for our food, and people who came after us were served before us. my man ordered a mango-long island that tasted like a margarita mix and acidic pucker. I ordered a cranberry juice that was helped water. they needed 25 minutes to get broth on the table. I ordered a garnel plate and my man ordered a garnel and oyster peak boy, very dry, taste less and came without sauce. I had to ask for sauce. when we were ready to leave, I let the waiter mike know that we had a movie to see, and we need two boxes and the ****. he took 15 minutes. the bill was $40. we gave the waiter a $100 bill and he tried to return my man $41 without reception. When my man asked for the quitting, he founded stupid and said that my evil and my man told him to give us all our change. Now he gives us the right $60 back and gets no tip and the money snaps out of his hands! So if they like tasteless eating, wait long periods and people try to take their money. you can have this place!
3/18/22 Friday evening for happy hour!My first time here and definitely last. I can't even begin with all the wrong that went on.New server, down a cook, never receiving our orders/drinks or received cold food. even after our group spoke to the manager, Mark. Yes kind and overwhelmed. Really didn't quell the massive inconvenience and dissatisfaction!Also after reading the other reviews this place struggles with keeping the boil flavor consistent. Because mine and flavorless and oily.I honestly wish I could wipe my mind clear of this place. We salvaged our night at Miller's!
