Tasty veg options. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu (costs extra). It was tasty and filling. I love that the online menu clearly tells you what's vegan. There's a vegan filter that displays all the vegan friendly options/combos (omittingthings, etc). A great easy quick option. View all feedback.

If I give 0 stars I would! The staff was less than pleased when I told them our food was cold! They then brought it back to the table within 2 minutes. Clearly the microwaved the food and brought it back to the table with it still being cold and only lukewarm in the middle. So unimpressed with this being my first experience here. The printed-out signs on the doors said they were to close at 9 PM, as do the hours posted online. Nothing about closing 2 hours early posted anywhere, but they locked one door at a few minutes after 7 PM and put a trash can in front of the other to stoppeople from coming in. So...not sure if they are too short-staffed and the company/franchisee isn't compensating people wellenough to staff the place during business hours? Or there are a lot of people out sick or there was an event or an emergency? Ican only speculate, as the person putting the garbage can in front of the door was actively avoiding eye contact while she didit. Whatever the reason, why not just print or even write a sign with the hours your business will actually be open and postthat on the door?
I had a terrible experience at Noodles last night. A few of my friends and myself went to go eat there. One of my friends meal was ordered late, and was handed to her in a bag. All of my other friends had already finished their food, so I thought it wascompletely rude to give someone their food in a bag when they wanted to eat it there, not to mention it was only 7:30. As timeprogressed staff was extremely rude!!! Moving around tables by ours. Telling us they had closed 20 minutes ago. Giving us grosslooks because ?they have closed.? I?ve worked in the food industry?and although the kitchen may close at a certain time, thebusiness does not. I am upset with this company in general. The staff needs to get new attitudes if they want to make itanywhere in life! If you don?t like your job and can?t do it good, get a new one!
I ordered a to go meal with NO shrimp due to an allergy and once I had gotten to work and opened my dish they did not pay attention to removing the shrimp. I called and spoke with manager BRIAN on the same day Nov. 22nd) and he said he would makeit right by mailing out coupons that day. Still waiting for this to be made right . I 'm glad I pay attention to what I order,since mistakes this big do not seem to be the concern of a the manager.
