It's been a few years since my last visit, and I'm happy to report that nothing has changed. The staff remains incredibly friendly and welcoming. I consistently have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I love getting my sausage and peppers and chicken Parmigiana sandwiches here. Their pasta is also outstanding. During my last visit, I enjoyed a delicious deep-dish chicken Parm pizza slice as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I can’t praise Milanos enough. You won’t find a better selection of authentic Italian products anywhere else without actually going to Italy! And the flavors... they are simply a paradise for the senses! If you can’t make it there today or tomorrow, don’t worry—but definitely make it a point to visit. You will NEVER be disappointed… I promise!

Fantastic sandwiches and a wonderful experience! I'm definitely coming back for some fresh mozzarella.
I always have an excellent experience at this restaurant. I buy my sausage, paprika, and chicken parmesan sandwich mixes there, and the pasta is outstanding as well. During my last visit, I had a fantastic deep-dish chicken parmesan slice of pizza. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

I can 't say enough about Milanos. You can 't find a better array of TRUE BLUE products from Italy other than going to Italy yourself! And the taste.... It is paradise to the senses! If you don 't make it there today or tomorrow, no worries but, just make it there...you will NEVER be disappointed...True Talk!
Tasty Italian deli with delicious grinders in a pleasant cafe atmosphere. The sausage is made fresh in house. Conveniently situated near the MGM parking lot. I look forward to my next visit.
