I placed an online order, picked it up, brought it home, and upon opening the food, we discovered that it lacked any sauce (teriyaki, soy, BBQ, etc.), resulting... read more I placed an online order, picked it up, brought it home, and upon opening the food, we discovered that it lacked any sauce (teriyaki, soy, BBQ, etc.), resulting in a bland meal. Their online ordering system is missing a category to specify which sauces to include. I would not recommend ordering online until this issue is resolved, unless you're okay with receiving plain food.

We really enjoy this place; however, my daughter was disappointed when she ordered tea and received a paper cup with a Lipton tea bag. She was hoping for a proper teapot.

Once you’ve prepared... read more There are at least 12 tasty sauces available; I typically use about four to enhance the spice level, with options ranging from mild to hot. Once you’ve prepared your bowl, you bring it over to the grill master, who cooks it for you and adds some water for steaming. He will also ask if you’d like soy sauce, and there's an egg you can add if you wish. In just a minute or so, your meal is served on a platter and returned to you. There are more condiments available if you want to customize your dish even further, and then it’s time to enjoy your meal at a table. If you finish your first bowl, you can go back for a second one, with the condition that you can only take home leftovers from your first bowl. I personally can't imagine going back for a second bowl, but I can confidently say the food is delicious and fresh every time. We always look forward to dining here!
