While many staff members, like the helpful and friendly Madi, provide excellent service, the overall customer experience is marred by consistent rudeness from at least one employee, negatively affecting visitors. Additionally, recent issues such as inconvenient opening hours and problematic cash-back policies have frustrated customers, sometimes requiring additional trips or disputes. Despite a welcoming atmosphere from some employees, improvements in staff courtesy and operational consistency are needed to restore the restaurant’s reputation and fully satisfy its loyal clientele.
It claims to be open 24 hours, but every time I've tried to visit, it has been closed. They should really update their business hours.
Several of the pumps are out of order, and the restrooms have been unavailable for two weeks. Do you have a maintenance plan in place?
I use to love this place but recently it has not been open at all around 5am makes it difficult to even get around in the morning considering this is the closest to my house.
I've had a frustrating experience at this gas station. There's a pregnant woman driving a white BMW who parks at the working gas pumps all day. She’s quite rude to customers and seems to have an inflated sense of her importance, as she appears to be instructing new employees on how to park in front of the store in ways that obstruct paying customers. I've been coming in every day and generally get along with the staff, except for her. She is unreasonably rude and comes off as aggressive, even if you approach her with a smile. Her attitude has a negative impact on people's day. If she can't be polite to customers, she really shouldn't be working in customer service. Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. This location would be much better off without her.
The soda station was messy, with a mix of medium lids and large cups scattered around.
