I put a star because I have to, in order to write my review. . Place is disgustingly dirty. My 4 piece order of chicken had feathers on all 4 wings and refried and dried out. ????. Soda was flat n tasted like the dispensers needed to be cleaned ordisposed of. Everything went into the garbage. $21.95. Place needs to closed down or different management. NASTY. I now I'mgoing be sick ????.
The original recipe chicken breast was very moist and delicious. However, I wasn't too fond of the wing and drumstick, as they were a bit dry. Additionally, the popcorn chicken didn't have much flavor, so I won't be ordering that again. Overall, it was dry and a bit too salty. I'm giving it four stars because the chicken breast was excellent and the staff was friendly. Just a heads-up: to access the restroom, you'll need to ask an employee for entry. Even if the sign says "vacant," the door will be locked to prevent vandalism.
To make matters worse, I noticed that the staff member was preparing food for a customer without wearing gloves, and she even touched her face and hair during the process. The customer was so disgusted that he requested a refund! If I had known that I needed to make a purchase to use the restroom, I would have gladly done so, but her attitude was completely unacceptable. I had planned to grab some chicken after work, but from now on, I will be opting for Popeyes down the street instead.
I visited this restaurant around 6 p.m. and observed a staff member wearing gloves; however, she frequently touched her hair and adjusted her hat before handling the chicken and other food items. The service was surprisingly slow, leading me to leave before I could order. They definitely need to enhance their glove-changing practices. Thank you.
