Dining at this KFC location has proven to be a disappointing experience for many. Service shortcomings also taint the experience, with long drive-thru waits and unresponsive staff leaving customers frustrated. These recurring issues suggest a need for significant management overhaul and improved staff training. If you?re going through drive through do not waster you?re time you will sit there for at least 15 minutes before getting your food in. Also they will charge you 3.00 for a simple cup of ice and refuse to answer the phone. Company is kind of a joke now.
Staff definitely needs better training or any training if that as they don't know their menu and got my order wrong twice. They also choose whose food to leave on the counter and whose they want to hand it to
Delicious fried chicken and side dishes mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw and fries. Specifically Crispy is the best.
Big points to the understaffed team that kept this ship afloat 8/20/22. -1 star for the management that leaves a staff short handed and/or under skilled to meet the needs of customers. -2 star, because the extra Crispy chicken wasn't Crispy, moresoggy. I saw a few customers turn around and leave, including a customer who actually asked for a refund.
Would have been better if worker did not throw my food at me....then I remembered where she was and I got over it. If u don't like your job or are having a hectic day, don't be rude... I PAID for my food.
