I’m deducting one star due to management leaving the staff short-handed and undertrained, which affected customer service. I’m also taking off two stars because the Extra Crispy chicken was actually soggy, not crispy. I even saw several customers walk out, including one who requested a refund.

Additionally, they appear to arbitrarily decide whose food to leave on the counter and whose to hand over directly.
