KFC has been pretty good for a long time. Recently in Bend, Or. They had a very big slump. So big we almost didn't go back. When you're on a budget, you don't just write reasonable priced places off. Surprise! Something happened, and attitude changed this place. You can see it in their smiles. Food is better, employees are happier, and the place is cleaner. The staff was friendly, but there were some issues with our order. We ordered three drinks, but only received two, and instead of our side of gravy, we got nuggets. I've ordered from this KFC on DoorDash several times and every single time no napkins, no butter, no honey, no dipping sauce, no utensils. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.The app even asks what sauce you want to dip your strips in.I even selected extra honey!I MEAN SERIOUSLY?! EVERY SINGLE TIME!
It was edible but average at best. Food was hot but the chicken tasted like it had been warmed up after sitting for awhile. It was ready really fast and even though the line was long, the customers were served very quickly. Kind of disappointing because I had not had KFC for a few years and was hoping for something better.
Did the drive thru. The girl was very nice and my order was immediately ready upon arrival at the window. Worst thing about this place is they have Pepsi and not Coke.

Absolute inept idiots working here. You ask for a regular soda they change it to diet and mess up your order. Spare
