We are from the city and visited family who recently moved to Springfield. Out of all the breakfast places we tried in the area, this one was our favorite by far! There was no waiting period, even on a Sunday morning. The staff was quick, friendly, and attentive. Our food came out promptly and everything was perfect, even with a group of 7 people. experience was eh. the seat was fast, although it was a Saturday morning. we didn't get a coffee until our food arrived, cut cut cute cutlery, got false potatoes and eating was not hot. we have been there for several years, about once a month. prices have risen significantly, but also all others. we have not spoken to wait for personal or management.
